Nurse Training Services is led by Dusty Ahrens, RN-BC, a board-certified gerontology nurse with more than 20 years in elder-care leadership. As she expands services into the Spokane and Inland Northwest region, Dusty brings executive-level nursing experience, hands-on operations knowledge, and deep familiarity with Washington delegation and compliance expectations.
We primarily serve Eastern Washington and the Inland Northwest, including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and surrounding communities. Services are also available in Southwest Washington, including Vancouver, Camas, and Battle Ground.
